Welcome to the GRCC Performance Improvement for All project social networking site run by Elin Tattersall

 

This site is designed for organisations to use and contribute to, and aims to help organisations to improve their performance through sharing information. The site also includes resources designed by the PIFA project team.

 

 

Feel free to explore the different sections, add events,ask a consultant or start a discussion.

If you get stuck please visit our help section.


To access some areas of this site, and certain PIFA resources you will need to become a member. The process of membership is simple and free of charge. When you sign up for the first time you have to enter your email, a password and your date of birth, however if you do not want to enter your date of birth you can provide a false date.

Useful new guidance on Equality Act

There's a new 'Quick Start' guide about Equality Duties, published by the government's Equality Office. Although it's aimed at the public sector, it also relates to those commissioned to deliver services by the public sector. This is a short (9 page) yet clear look at obligations to promote equality issues.
